WORK IT OUT

When someone mentions Muscle Beach the first words that come to mind are buff, bodybuilder and Arnold (Schwarzenegger of course). Hanging out by the dog cage where all of the fitness equipment lives can be completely mesmerizing and also a little terrifying. I think my pale skin and less muscular physique made me stand out like a sore thumb (I swear I'm a local!). But more than anything, watching the dedication and how these guys live and breath fitness was completely motivating and made me want to jump right in the dog cage with them.
